  1. The types of disabilities that qualify as a disabling condition.
  2. The educational needs of children with disabilities.
  3. The rights of children with disabilities (FAPE).
  4. The services available to children with disabilities.
  5. Confidentiality protections.
  6. Who to contacft in the District (e.g. Child Find Coordinator) and how to get in touch with that person.
The public notice must be disseminated on an annual basis and be provided in each language for which a ELL program is required in the District. Additionally, the District must maintain a yearly record of its techniques to ensure public awareness (e.g., clippings from newspapers, copies of brochures and letters).
