All parents and legal guardians in the school district are invited to complete an online application for student participation at a free or reduced cost. It's easy, in 1-2-3 steps:

  1. Click Online Application
  2. Refer to the User Guide for step by step instructions, with pictures, to complete the online application
  3. 2018-2019 online application, will be reviewed and processed by Student Nutrition Services.

Please note: When completing the application, income from the State of Alaska Permanent Fund (PFD) needs to be included in the listing of household income (include each member of household who qualifies to receive a PFD.) The total amount can be claimed on signer's information. Tip: mark "yes" on earns income. The amount should be entered into other income (PFD) column then click on income frequency (i.e. choose annual). For example a family of four: $1,100.00 x 4 = $4,400.00. All applications will be reviewed by Student Nutrition Services.
