Types of conduct which are prohibited in the District and which may constitute sexual harassment include:
- Unwelcome sexual flirtations or propositions.
- Verbal abuse of a sexual nature.
- Graphic verbal comments about an individual's body.
- Sexually degrading words used to describe an individual.
- Display of sexually suggestive objects or pictures in the educational environment.
- Any act of retaliation against an individual who reports a violation of the District's sexual harassment policy or who participates in the investigation of a sexual harassment complaint.
