Hiring Process

We are looking for our next KPBSD Employee! Are you someone who will do what it takes to help our students find success?

  • After applying, a school site administrator or a human resources staff member will contact you directly if you are selected for an interview.
  • Please keep in mind that most school sites receive a large number of applications.
  • After the interview process, principals will recommend their chosen candidate to human resources for hire.
  • Human resources will complete a full credential and background check to confirm candidate eligibility.
  • After receiving approval from human resources the site administrator will call and offer the position to the candidate. If the candidate accepts, the other interviewed candidates will be notified by the site administrator that they did not receive the position.
  • All other candidates who were not interviewed will be notified by email that they were not selected for the position.
  • Once you have accepted the position, you will receive an email from human resources with all of the documents you will need to complete prior to starting. These forms will be attached in the email in a memo form. Click on each form link in order to print and complete the document. If you do not have access to a printer you can make arrangements with human resources to pick up or be mailed a hire packet to complete.
